Ramadan and Eid

These recipes are closest to my heart, and a staple in my home every Ramadan and Eid. They include nostalgic classics, South Asian flavors, delectable savory treats perfect for iftar, and easy desserts that make hosting a breeze.

For iftar, try my mom’s Pakistani chicken kachori served alongside the most refreshing lemonade (skanjabeen). For dinner, make my Karachi street style chicken biryani. And for dessert, especially on Eid, my easy gulab jamun, malai kulfi, shahi tukray, and Palestinian knafeh are the perfect crowd-pleasers!

Most of these recipes are make-ahead friendly and designed to reduce the stress from hosting. So stop worrying and start cooking!
