Description
An incredibly tender and moist Biscoff mug cake made in just 5 minutes to satisfy your late night sweet cravings
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Biscoff cookie butter
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a 10-12oz microwave safe mug, stir together the Biscoff cookie butter, milk and oil until well combined
- Add the sugar and stir in
- Sift in the flour, baking powder, vanilla and pinch of salt, and gently stir until combined. Take care to scrape the edges and bottom of the mug
- Clean the edges of the mug and microwave on high for 60-90s (it takes me 80s to make this cake)
- Serve warm, with some more Biscoff cookie butter spread on top
