An incredibly tender and moist Biscoff mug cake made in just 5 minutes to satisfy your late night sweet cravings


  • 3 tbsp Biscoff cookie butter
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt


  • In a 10-12oz microwave safe mug, stir together the Biscoff cookie butter, milk and oil until well combined
  • Add the sugar and stir in
  • Sift in the flour, baking powder, vanilla and pinch of salt, and gently stir until combined. Take care to scrape the edges and bottom of the mug
  • Clean the edges of the mug and microwave on high for 60-90s (it takes me 80s to make this cake)
  • Serve warm, with some more Biscoff cookie butter spread on top
