Description

Soft, chewy and delicious Nutella cookies made with just 3 ingredients and ready to eat in as little as 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour (98g)
  • 3/4 cup Nutella (210g), room temperature
  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 360F (conventional) and line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper
  • Mix the Nutella and egg in a bowl using a hand whisk until combined
  • Sift in the flour and salt, and mix until the mixture forms a soft dough. You may need to use your hands during this step, and avoid over mixing as the dough will become oily. You only need to mix until the flour is combined
  • Divide the dough into 10-12 balls and gently roll them between your palms to eliminate any large cracks. Place them onto the prepared baking sheet with ~2" between each
  • Lightly flatten each ball with your fingers or the bottom of a glass
  • Bake for about 12 minutes until the cookies feel set around the edges but still a little soft in the middle
  • Let the cookies cool. Optionally, decorate by drizzling over some warmed Nutella
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

You can store the cookies in an airtight container for up to 7 days at room temperature
